Yukon University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the School of Health, Education & Human Services. This position provides a wide range of support services and plays a vital role in coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting both faculty and students and contributing to an environment that helps students succeed in programs that serve communities across the North.
Reporting to the Chair of the School, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing and monitoring a broad range of administrative support services. This includes coordinating day-to-day operations, responding to inquiries, supporting instructors and students, assisting with financial and human resource procedures, and managing communications between students, faculty, and other internal teams. The role also involves performing basic bookkeeping, scheduling, and maintaining records. As a front-facing point of contact, the Administrative Assistant provides professional essential in-person customer service and ensures the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
