Job Location: 12625 80th Avenue, Surrey, B.C., V3W 3A6
Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $28.85/hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out office tasks and abide to office policies to fulfill all administrative procedures
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Prepare invoices
  • Track all the mails, receive and hand them to their respective receivers in the departments
  • Handle customer inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
  • Completion of Secondary School
  • Completion of College program for administrative assistant or secretary or one year of clerical experience
