A Canadian financial services cooperative is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the general manager with various tasks including document production, event logistics, and internal management duties. The ideal candidate has a trade school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, with knowledge of French required. The incumbent supports the general manager and/or the manager(s) of a small-sized caisse in carrying out various administrative support and secretarial activities, as per managers' detailed instructions. He or she assists with carrying out management activities, as needed.
