Job summary

A professional training company in the Peel Region is seeking an organized individual to manage office tasks and coordinate seminars. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, managing inventory, and assisting with inquiries. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong communication skills, and be fluent in English. This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week.

  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
