REPORTS TO:

Director of Human Resources

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial functions at the Administration Office front desk.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Normal duties are sedentary at the desk; bending, stretching; up and down in the office; mobility around the office; and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet and assist visitors to the administration office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member they are seeking to meet with.
  • Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person.
  • Assist with new employee and volunteer background checks through fingerprint scanning.
  • General office duties include sorting, filing, scanning, copying, binding, and organizing.
  • Enter data and help prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Process data as needed through online platforms.
  • Assist other Administration Office staff members with miscellaneous projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

The work agreement will consist of 216 days per school year within the hours of 12:30pm to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 12:30pm to 4:00pm on Fridays (19.5 hours per week).

EVALUATION PROCEDURE:

This position is responsible to the Director of Human Resources; the performance of this position will be evaluated yearly by them.
