We are looking for an energetic Admin Generalist to support our administrative team in our Guelph Office on a contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with high enthusiasm who is motivated by making an impact in their workplace.

About The Gig

As a key member of the administrative team, you will be working with staff at all levels to ensure smooth operations across the firm. You will be responsible for helping to ensure successful daily operations of the administrative team by providing exceptional client service and keeping the team organised. This will include and is not limited to:

  • Client onboarding (entering and updating information in the client management system)
  • Day to day support for other administrative team members
  • High degree of professionalism when communicating with, and providing information to, Partners and clients
  • Providing and gathering information from Canada Revenue Agency
  • Filling electronically and physically
  • Data integrity projects
  • Skilled and adept at prioritising workload
  • High proficiency with technology
  • Other duties as assigned
About The Details

This is a contract position, beginning in January 2026 and ending September 2026, which will require some paid overtime on evenings and weekends during our busiest seasons. This position will report directly to our Administrative Supervisors while working closely with all team members within the group.
