Job summary

A leading delivery service provider is seeking an Account Executive to focus on selling services to new and existing customers in Quebec. You will have sales experience, particularly with large corporations, and strong communication and negotiation skills. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work independently towards achieving revenue targets. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Job Overview

This is an interview position. To sell FedEx Services to both 'new' and 'existing' customers with primary focus on the district's top field sales existing and target accounts ($100,000+) with the key deliverable of achieving assigned revenue objectives (as measured and determined by FedEx). Acts as team lead and assists manager in providing coaching/training/etc. to junior/new staff members and assumes responsibility for additional tasks/duties as assigned. Serves as project lead/SME on specific fiscal year initiatives as assigned by DSM and/or regional MD.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of commercial sales experience (business to business, transportation industry preferred) with two (2) years experience within Account Executive role
  • Previous experience selling to large (Fortune 500) corporations preferred
  • Demonstrated basic level proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel; standard level proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Promotes self-development through continuing education and enhancing knowledge of the competitive marketplace
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation, relationship, and negotiation skills
