Job summary

A leading sports and entertainment organization in Vancouver seeks an Accounts Payable Administrator. This full-time, in-office position involves managing the invoice payment process and vendor interactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies. Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of accounts payable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Record and scan vendor invoices and send for approval.
  • Verify vendor invoice tax calculations and self-assess taxes as needed.
  • Process staff expense reports ensuring appropriate backup is submitted.
  • Prepare weekly vendor payments, including cheques, EFT, and credit cards.
  • Assist during the annual audit by providing supporting documentation.
