We are looking for an Accounting technician: Payroll and payables. Under the authority of the Corporate Controller and in close collaboration with them, the Payroll and Payables Technician is responsible for processing accounts payable (processing supplier invoices, preparing payments, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments) and employee salaries (calculating payroll, administering employee benefits, issuing tax slips in the ADP outsourcing system). This person is also responsible for payroll processing, which has two components: processing time and additional data, and analyzing payroll results for Canadian payroll, which is outsourced to ADP, and complete processing of U.S. payroll (time management, calculations if required, issuing tax slips, etc.). This role requires rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to manage a large volume of transactions.
Thanks for showing interest in PixMob and this position. Please note that only selected candidates will be contacted.
