A financial services provider in Toronto is seeking an Accounting Analyst to manage employee expense reports and support accounts receivable activities. The ideal candidate will have an Accounting Diploma and 5–7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Offering a remote-first work model, this role provides the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a dedicated finance team.
Compensation Band : 2
Compensation Range : $48,835 - $61,044 per year

What to expect :
The Accounting Analyst is responsible for the accurate, timely, and confidential processing and approval of employee expense reports, including related reclassifications and accruals. This role also supports accounts receivable activities, such as customer portal setup, documentation requests, and other AR-related tasks. The Accounting Analyst plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting internal compliance with company policies and procedures.

In this position, you will report to the Finance Supervisor and will work out of their home office, travel will be required from time to time. CWB has adopted a remote-first working model, where employees will work from their home office, servicing the client within their specified areas either remotely or in person.
