Responsibilities

• Financial Statement Analysis: Reviewing balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and other financial statements to assess the financial health of the business.
• Report Preparation: Create clear and concise financial reports for management, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Cost Analysis: Examine the company's costs and margins to identify areas where reductions can be made.
• Financial Forecasting: Developing financial models to predict the future performance of the business.
• Financial Management Consulting: Provide recommendations to management on how to improve the financial performance of the company.
• Cash Management: Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that the company has enough cash to meet its obligations.

Skills and qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in accounting software: SAGE, PREXTRA (an asset).
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.
