A leading beverage company is seeking an Account Sales Manager in Vancouver to drive outside sales and manage relationships with assigned accounts. Your role will include increasing product sales and displays while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining product quality. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and a valid driver’s license. This salaried position may also include commission bonuses based on performance.
Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager's (ASM) primary function is to perform outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. You will increase product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format "off premise" stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The primary role of the ASM is to service all customers in a safe and productive manner, according to our Red Bull executional standards. This is a salaried position and will also be eligible for a commission bonus target on top of the base salary, depending on targets being hit.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55,908 to $61,793. The actual base salary for this position may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and work location. At Red Bull, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company’s incentive plan. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
