  • Works with named accounts in specific industry segments, or covers multiple accounts within a vertical, to drive transformational strategies with the customer and advocate preference for Intel architecture.
  • Builds C‑suite and senior executive relationships across the enterprise customer team, owns executive briefings and sponsorships.
  • Owns the business and technical relationships with Intel partners calling on enterprise customers including OEMs, cloud service providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors.
  • Leads impactful sales strategies across each covered customer.
  • Exhibits strong understanding of the customers, technology landscape, and industry to drive optimized digital transformation and identify upselling/cross‑selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborates with internal teams and partners to identify growth opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.
  • Strives to meet and exceed financial revenue and forecasting goals for assigned accounts by winning tenders and end‑customer deals.
  • Determines the root cause for issues/risks and establishes recovery action plans as needed to improve customers' overall experience.
  • Advises and contributes to joint marketing activities with enterprise customers.
  • Develops a customer strategy that delivers to the assigned goals.
  • Manages key stakeholder relationships at all levels in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Creates and maintains a comprehensive account plan for each assigned customer.
  • Manages customer and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, consumption sales motions including client, edge, cloud, datacenter and artificial intelligence.
  • Experience managing customers and opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
  • Track record of working with government organizations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the government and public‑sector business segment.
  • Knowledge of Intel architecture, strategy, and corporate direction.
  • Knowledge of AI and latest trends.
  • Fluent in English; French is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to work in an ambiguous environment.

Candidate must be based in British Columbia, Calgary, or Alberta. This is a remote work position but requires regular client visits within these cities.

Work Model
