Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our sales team and focus on broker‑dealers, fintech, banks and other financial partners in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the brokerage industry and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships. You will aggressively identify new business opportunities and deliver outstanding service across the correspondent clearing and Broker API product line.

  • Work with a high‑performing team that built a clearing firm from the ground up with proprietary technology.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities in Latin America using state‑of‑the‑art technology.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, collaborating closely with product, operations and partner enablement teams.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and contribute to the product roadmap.
Who You Are (Must‑Haves)
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience at broker‑dealers or strong experience selling technology solutions to advisors or broker‑dealers.
  • Strong relationships within the financial services/fintech space in Europe.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
Who You Might Be (Nice‑to‑Haves)
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or other comparable CRM software.
  • Series 7 certification.
