We are currently seeking a new Account Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to identify their needs and recommend sales solutions tailored to their preferences and goals.
• Provide personalized support in building service packages, finalizing orders, and scheduling installations.
• Address customer inquiries professionally, offering detailed information about pricing, services, and sales activation processes.
• Serve as a representative of our clients, managing local accounts while actively pursuing new customer relationships to drive sales.
• Maintain compliance with all client and company guidelines to ensure success in sales and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and train junior Account Associates, equipping them with the skills to excel in sales and account management.

Qualifications

• An upper-level education degree or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
