The Dilico Integrated Model of Care brings together a wide range of services and programs to support children, youth, and families in living their good life - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We offer culturally rooted services that address diverse issues related to child welfare, mental health & addictions, and primary health. Our Student Placement program welcomes students from various university and college programs to gain valuable experience and skills with us.

Purpose and Summary:

Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Early Childhood Educator (ECE) provides a family-centered approach to early development services for children aged 0 to 6 years and their families who access the EarlyON Child and Family Centre. The ECE will be responsible for programming, support, referral, and educational resources to parents or primary caregivers of infants/children, in accordance with program guidelines. The Early Childhood Educator will assist in implementing integrated service delivery from intake to discharge for all assigned infants/children and families receiving services.
