Platform Science is looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a critical team responsible for maintaining core authentication systems that must remain stable, secure, and compliant across a wide range of technologies and challenges. This position may also require leading and coordinating work within the team and across other groups.

• Maintain and improve critical systems to ensure stability, security, and compliance.
• Participate in and lead project work to provide new authentication and authorization controls to other teams.
• Automate and implement systems that improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other teams to aid integrations and migrations to authentication systems.
• Participate in agile processes and technical discussions with the team

• Experience in authentication practices like OIDC connections, identity federation, and JWT tokens.
• Experience in authorization practices like RBAC
• Experience with some AWS services like Lambdas, EKS, and Cloudfront.
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English.

• Proven leadership experience, including leading and coordinating engineering work.
• Auth0 experience or experience with other identity providers
• Experience implementing and maintaining microservices.
