A leading industrial supply company in São Paulo is seeking a Country Sales Director to manage key account relationships and develop B2B sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, over 5 years of relevant experience, and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. This role offers the opportunity to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth in the MRO sector.
Our client is a subsidiary of a large industrial group specializing in industrial supply chain technology and services, with an estimated market value of approximately USD 5 billion.
They support the industrial sector through an integrated supply chain + technology + services model and operate a B2B procurement platform for industrial products. The company serves more than 7,000 key account clients and over 8 million SMEs, supported by approximately 30,000 suppliers and a catalog of more than 40 million SKUs.
The company is actively expanding its international and overseas business, providing one-stop MRO procurement solutions across Southeast Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.
The Country Sales Director is responsible for key account management, B2B sales strategy, MRO solution development, revenue growth, team leadership, and market analysis.
The role reports to the Country General Manager and directly manages 5–6 Key Account Sales Managers.
