Job Description

• Develop the supplier panel and strategy in the region following the global purchase strategy and guidelines.
• Improve relationship transparency and trust with key global suppliers.
• Support on KPIs management to improve efficiency on purchasing process.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Monitoring supplier performance ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing supplier relationships.
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize cost quality and delivery.
• Identifying potential suppliers evaluating bids and awarding contracts.
• Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend purchasing strategies.
• Ensuring that purchasing policies and procedures are followed.
• Driving value through sourcing strategically and innovating.
• Managing risks associated with the supply chain.

Knowledge/Skills

• Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
