Job summary
A leading IT consultancy in Brazil seeks an experienced professional to manage Microsoft solutions, including Exchange 2016 and Office 365. This role involves administering IT environments and providing technical support, with an on-call rotation requirement. Candidates should have a strong background in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and conversational English. The position is offered under a contractor model, focusing on business continuity and collaboration with global teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Exchange 2016, including maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with Office 365, focusing on identity administration, licensing, and end-user support.
- Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory, including DNS, Group Policies (GPOs), and authentication.
- Advanced PowerShell skills, with the ability to build and maintain scripts for automation and problem resolution.
- Conversational English is required, as the role involves interaction with international teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, system migrations, and upgrades.
- Be available to participate in an on-call rotation schedule, responding to incidents and critical issues as needed.
