We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer who can own campaign execution end-to-end for roofing and home renovation clients.
This is not a "strategy-only" role.
This is not a "just launch ads and wait" role.
Video-first paid media systems across TOF / MOF / BOF.
You must understand how contractors think, how homeowners buy, and how to turn attention into booked jobs.
Build and launch Meta (Facebook / Instagram) video campaigns for roofing & home renovation clients
Structure accounts cleanly (TOF / MOF / BOF separation)
Implement proper tracking, events, and reporting
QA everything before launch — no sloppy work
You must know how to :
Analyze hooks, angles, creatives, and messaging
Kill losers fast, scale winners responsibly
Give clear feedback on what video content is needed to improve results
Understand what works specifically in roofing & home renovation
You don't talk like a marketer — you talk like a business operator
Campaign updates are clear, calm, and confident
You understand contractor economics (job size, close rates, seasonality)
You protect the agency's reputation at all times
You must have :
Ability to work independently without hand-holding
