O assistente será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:

• Atuar em rotina de administração de tickets e suporte a férias assegurando o perfeito cumprimento da legislação trabalhista para a relação entre a empresa e o colaborador.
• Emissão e organização da documentação pertinente;
• Emissão de relatórios e documentos de acordo com o escopo de serviços acordado com o cliente;
• Inclusão de dados nos sistemas referentes aos processos de férias;
• Geração de kit férias;
• Emissão de relatórios gerenciais.

Serão diferenciais:

• Experiência para trabalhar com alto volume de processamento de dados.
• Conhecimento e experiência na área empresarial de Outsourcing ou contabilidade é um importante diferencial (prestador de serviços).
• Idioma: Inglês e/ou Espanhol.
