They collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR teams to understand business objectives and hiring plans, and they design comprehensive talent attraction strategies.
Their expertise lies in leveraging industry insights and best practices to create a competitive advantage in acquiring the right talent to support growth and success.
Spanish is preferred.
