A global tech consultancy is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead Azure deployments and manage cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in Azure and Terraform, along with DB management skills in SQL and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate will automate infrastructure and set up monitoring systems. This is a remote role, demanding overlap with US Eastern Time. Candidates should be proficient in English and have a good understanding of cloud security and networking.

Qualificações

• Strong Azure experience and Terraform knowledge are required.
• Experience with cloud security and network configurations is essential.
• CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps is necessary.

Overview

We work with leading enterprises on modern, scalable platforms — and we're looking for a hands‑on Senior DevOps Engineer to join us on a contract basis.

What You'll Do

• Lead Azure deployments using Terraform (env0 preferred)
• Manage Azure networking, identities, Key Vault, firewalls
• Deploy / manage SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB
• Support Azure OpenAI & Cognitive Search integrations
• Build CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Automate infra with reusable IaC modules
• Set up monitoring (Datadog, App Insights)
• Troubleshoot live deployments and collaborate with engineering teams

What You Need

• Strong Azure + Terraform expertise
• Experience with Entra ID, Managed Identities, Okta
• Solid understanding of DNS, firewalls, cloud security
• DB experience: SQL, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB
• CI / CD with GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
• Linux + Bash / PowerShell scripting
• Strong written & spoken English

Nice to Have

• Azure or Terraform certifications
• Enterprise consulting / contracting experience
