The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of B2B sales experience in the nutraceutical sector, with a strong understanding of product applications. Fluency in Portuguese and strong Spanish is required, while English is a plus. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, presenting products, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets. Willingness to travel across LATAM is expected.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM. You will sell nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building a high‑quality pipeline and long‑term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute country‑ and segment‑level territory plans to capture new business.
  • Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
  • Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
  • Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
  • Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
  • Self‑starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
  • Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
