A leading legal support firm seeks an experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support for cases primarily in Oregon. You will draft legal documents, proof, and file with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience, proficiency in case management software, and can manage tasks independently in a remote environment. This role offers a competitive compensation of $6 - $10 USD per hour.
Qualificações
- 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
- Experience with family law, estate planning, or probate cases preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems and court portals is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Prepare first drafts of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
- Review and proof documents for accuracy and compliance with Oregon laws.
- Manage case files and maintain organization using case management software.
- Handle electronic filing and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Collaborate with attorneys to support case strategy and deadlines.
- Assist with estate, family, and probate matters when applicable.

The compensation for this role is $6 - $10 USD per hour, which translates to roughly R$39-$50 per hour.
