Responsabilités
- Meet guests and oversee Front-of-House areas.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in smooth operations.
- Coach and motivate team members for guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure service recovery.
- Collaborate with other business units to meet expectations.
Hotel Front Office Agent/Duty Manager role with responsibilities including meeting guests and overseeing Front-of-House areas (Reception and Concierge), assisting the Front Office Manager to ensure smooth operation, coaching and motivating team members to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction, handling guest complaints and service recovery, and collaborating with other business units to meet guest expectations.
- Meet guests and oversee the Front-of-House areas including Reception and Concierge.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of Front Office Management.
- Coach and motivate team members to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and service recovery.
- Work closely with other business units to fulfill and meet guest expectations.
