Remote-first part-time freelance Brand Designer role at tl;dv. Part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with a clear path to a full-time role within 12 months based on impact. Reports to Founder/Marketing/Head of Design. Compensation set based on agreed hours/work scope of part-time role (flexible).
