What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Supervise, mentor, and support Training Specialists in program delivery and instructional design
- Partner with HR and leadership to identify training needs and career development opportunities
- Oversee the development and delivery of training content across various departments
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and talent development, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training technology tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading complex or organization-wide training initiatives
- Proven ability to drive process improvements in training delivery and compliance
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and innovative training practices
