What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strategies and execute tactics within key accounts to generate product utilization in the Allergy/Immunology areas
- Establish and foster strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups
- Collaborate with regional colleagues and home office teams to proactively address customer needs
- Analyze market dynamics and trends to support brand and corporate objectives
- Participate in initiatives to support sales success, including industry-related congresses and medical conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree; advanced education or certifications are a plus
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the Immunology market or similar specialty market
- Demonstrated success and consistent sales performance in complex markets
- Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
- Strong ethical values and compliance with industry standards
