• Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize top-line revenue, profit, and market share for a portfolio of hotels
• Provide guidance in developing and executing strategic pricing plans based on market conditions
• Analyze performance and implement action plans to address challenges and seize opportunities
• Collaborate with property leaders to align on revenue strategies and initiatives
• Participate in the development of the Annual Business Plan and ensure optimal participation in distribution channels

• A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in senior revenue management roles
• Experience with multi-unit and multi-brand oversight in the hospitality sector
• Strong knowledge of revenue management concepts, processes, and strategies
• Excellent personal management skills, including time management and effective communication

• Field and corporate experience in revenue management
• Experience in hospitality-related roles
• Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively
• Advanced knowledge of revenue management tools and reports
• Familiarity with budgeting, profit/loss concepts, and financial analysis
