• Develop and implement highly interactive and scalable user interfaces using React and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure optimal user experience and efficient API integration.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability in high-traffic environments.
• Solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions to improve system architecture.
• Actively participate in code reviews and share best practices with the engineering team.
• Take responsibility from day one, demonstrating a critical problem-solving approach.

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Hooks, Context API), for web development.
• Proficiency in version control tools (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Strong knowledge of REST API and GraphQL integration.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience working with microfrontend architectures and performance optimization.
• Intermediate-advanced English level (to collaborate with international teams).

• Critical thinking and problem-solving: Ability to analyze technical challenges and find efficient solutions.
• Autonomy and proactivity: Capability to make decisions and take responsibility from day one.
• Teamwork and effective communication: Ability to collaborate with different teams and clearly convey ideas.
