Overview

Position: Business Development Manager Brazil (FX industry)

Location: Remote within Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet partner needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Implement acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies tailored to partners, including referral programs and training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates on results, risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within FX industry.
  • Proven experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven, process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
