• Proven ability to source and engage top talent in a competitive market, particularly in generative AI
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple requisitions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring teams

• Experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on sales and marketing in the generative AI sector
• Familiarity with the sales cycle and its impact on recruitment strategies
