Bitcoinsensus is seeking a full-time UX Design Lead to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive user-centered design strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and craft innovative solutions in the fast-evolving crypto and fintech space.

As our UX Design Lead, you will:

• Lead the design and development of user experiences for Bitcoinsensus platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed business and user requirements.
• Conduct research and user testing to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into design strategies and deliver cohesive, innovative user interfaces.
• Partner with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure design specifications are implemented effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, bringing forward improvements to enhance user satisfaction.

• Minimum of 3 years in UX design, ideally with experience leading enterprise or fintech / crypto projects.
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
• Excellent understanding of usability principles and user psychology.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.

• A detail-oriented professional with passion for design innovation.
• Experience in Agile workflows (Scrum, Kanban).
• Self-disciplined, organized, and able to handle responsibilities independently.
• A collaborative team player who thrives on shared success.
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn, grow, and push design boundaries.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in UX design.
