• Support up to 100 farmers in adopting conservation practices within the PCM program
• Promote and implement specific conservation practices to enhance sustainability
• Collaborate with PCM leadership and staff to achieve program objectives
• Conduct meetings and training sessions for farmers in partnership with other specialists
• Maintain detailed records of farmer management data and program activities

• Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural management, production agriculture, agronomy, or agricultural economics
• Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver results within deadlines
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet farmers at their locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry into online platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with farmers and stakeholders

• Understanding of current farming practices and nitrogen application techniques
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to supporting sustainable agricultural practices
