- Demonstrated ability to find talent through unconventional sourcing methods and a genuine passion for deep-dive searches.
- Ability to source talent across multiple regions with an understanding of cultural nuances and talent market differences.
- Availability to work across different time zones, with some hours in the morning and others in the evening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain role context and spark candidate interest.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote and asynchronous environment.
