We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to support our learning teams across several active and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for someone with around 2 years of experience who is comfortable working with content, organizing information, and preparing storyboards and documentation.
- Create storyboards and clear content structures based on curriculum maps and SME input.
- Prepare and maintain instructional documents.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather missing details, clarify technical points, and ensure content accuracy.
- Review provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps and communicate them promptly.
- 2 years of experience in instructional design .
- Understanding of instructional design models (Gagné, Merrill, ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and vILT.
- Strong written English and attention to instructional and editorial detail.
- Ability to work with technical content (STEM familiarity is a plus, not required).
- Strong communication skills, good information-structuring skills and attention to details.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise / Storyline, Captivate, etc.).
Hourly rate : 15$ - 25$
