Appointment Setter / Outbound Lead Generator (Remote & Commission Only)

A short-term rental growth agency in Recife, Brazil, is seeking a motivated individual for lead generation and appointment setting. The successful candidate will send outbound messages on Instagram and LinkedIn daily, respond to inquiries, and track leads. Open to all experience levels, strong written English and confident communication skills are required. This role offers commission-only pay, with full training provided.
Competenze
- Open to all experience levels.
- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus.
- Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.
- Have at least worked on a DM offer previously.
Mansioni
- Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day.
- Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries.
- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn.
- Manage and track leads via CRM.
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions.
- Daily reporting via Slack.
Conoscenze
We run two online businesses in the airbnb & short term rental space :
- GrowYourBnb – an established airbnb growth partner agency
- AutomateYourBnb – an online software platform ( on process to be set)
We are looking for a motivated individual to help with lead generation, DM conversations, and appointment setting. Full training will be provided.
- Aiming to send at least 200 qualified outbound messages per day
- Respond to inbound Instagram enquiries and pass it to senior appointment setter to close
- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram & LinkedIn
- Adding new strategy with new ways to find leads (using Google or AI)
- Qualify leads through 1-to-1 DM conversations (training provided)
- Manage and track leads via CRM.
- Post Instagram Stories with Call-to-Actions
- Daily reporting via Slack
- Work directly with the business owner.
- 5 days per week
- 8 hours per day
- UK time focused
- Open to all experience levels
- Previous outbound lead generation or appointment setting experience is a bonus
- Have worked on sales before or enjoy doing sales.
- Have at least worked on a DM offer previously.
- Strong written English
- Confident communicator
- Organised and consistent
- Comfortable using Instagram & LinkedIn
- Willing to learn and follow systems
Rewards: Commission Only & No Base.
