• Design and run experiments focused on early lifecycle impact and long-term outcomes
• Manage growth-related features such as bank connect and referral user experiences
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams to implement growth initiatives

• 6+ years of consumer product management experience, with a focus on growth and/or retention
• Experience working with funnels, conversion metrics, and experimentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative insights
• Proven ability to execute independently within defined problem spaces
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Mobile app experience is essential
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus
