ABOUT THE ROLE

The Tier 2 Payroll Sr. Associate is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll. They ensure timely processing and compliance with standard payroll processes of assigned accounts, perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Payroll end-to-end process.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of employees’ payroll for supported countries.
  • Collate data from Workday and non-Workday sources and transfer it to the Local Country Payroll Vendor (LCPV).
  • Support other payroll processes such as terminations, pay advances, loans, etc.
  • Compile and update related payroll tools (Country payroll manuals, wage type catalogues, process flows, payroll calendars).
  • Support payroll software upgrades to meet legal and statutory requirements.
  • Address employees’ concerns and queries in a timely manner.
  • Drive and sustain cross‑country process improvement and commonality within supported countries.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures for assigned countries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with multiple technologies (e.g., HRIS System, Workday, SAP).
  • 2–4 years of payroll experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • English – intermediate proficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Full‑time position.
  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
  • This role is not eligible for relocation.
