A family company manufacturing household products in Brazil is seeking a Tier 2 Payroll Sr. Associate to manage payroll processes, ensure compliance, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, 2-4 years of payroll experience, and proficiency in relevant technologies including Workday and SAP. The role allows for remote work once a week and includes competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits packages.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Tier 2 Payroll Sr. Associate is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of payroll. They ensure timely processing and compliance with standard payroll processes of assigned accounts, perform inquiry management/resolution, transaction processing, and general customer service.
