We're seeking a battle‑tested WordPress Developer & Landing Page Team Lead who has personally managed the technical execution of high‑stakes marketing campaigns with millions of dollars in ad spend.
This isn't a role for someone who's built a few landing pages—we need someone who has been the person responsible for ensuring every pixel fires correctly, every form submits properly, and every dollar of ad spend has a clear path to conversion tracking.
You’ll lead a team of two WordPress developers, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining the exacting standards required when significant marketing budgets are on the line. You’ll be the technical bridge between our marketing campaigns (primarily Meta, but across various channels) and our HubSpot CRM, ensuring flawless data flow and attribution tracking.
