A leading tech company located in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte is seeking a Frontend Engineer to join their team. You will work with a collaborative group to build AI-driven features that enhance workforce planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and a strong understanding of modern frontend development principles. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, evolving shared components, and collaborating on new functionalities. This full-time role offers an opportunity to engage in innovative projects within a supportive environment.
You’ll work in focused project squads, along with a Product Owner, UX Designer, and fellow Engineers, to build, test, and scale AI-driven features that directly improve workforce planning. We work in six‑week sprints of deep focus followed by two weeks of cooldown to gather feedback, refine features, and gear up for the next big win.
