You will work with a collaborative group to build AI-driven features that enhance workforce planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in JavaScript and a strong understanding of modern frontend development principles. Responsibilities include writing maintainable code, evolving shared components, and collaborating on new functionalities. You’ll work in focused project squads, along with a Product Owner, UX Designer, and fellow Engineers, to build, test, and scale AI-driven features that directly improve workforce planning. We work in six‑week sprints of deep focus followed by two weeks of cooldown to gather feedback, refine features, and gear up for the next big win.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Write clean, maintainable code that makes our users smile
- Build and evolve features in our shared component library
- Collaborate with product squads to implement new functionality
- Level up our mobile app development with Ionic and Capacitor
- Share your expertise in code reviews and team sessions
Our tech stack:
- JavaScript & TypeScript
- Frontend: Pinia, Vite
- Mobile: Ionic and Capacitor with Cordova
- Version control: GitLab monorepo with CI/CD
- Infrastructure: Docker for containerization
- Cloud: Scaleway as our provider
What you need:
- 5 years of experience with JavaScript
- Strong grasp of modern frontend development principles
- Experience with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
- Problem‑solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Solid communication skills in English
- Bonus points for mobile app development experience
