The Team

We develop our software applications in-house to support our global laboratories. Our clinical diagnostic services, including the Clinical LIMS Europe Program, rely heavily on technology to ensure rapid and accurate diagnostics. This role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap for our Laboratory Information Management System used throughout Europe.

Job Description

Test preparation

• Review customer requirements for completeness, correctness, and clarity.
• Design black box test cases using techniques like EP, BVA, Decision Table, State Transition, Use Case.
• Prioritize test cases suitable for automation and regression testing.

Test execution

• Follow the test plan accurately.
• Document test results, including Pass/Fail status.
• Create defect reports with sufficient evidence and discuss with developers.
• Perform exploratory testing.
• Automate testing processes using approved tools.

Test Reporting

• Analyze and communicate test results.
• Provide daily test reports.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes.

Job requirements

• Minimum 3 years of testing experience.
• Experience with Front-End and Back-End Test Automation.
• Experience testing Desktop Applications (Delphi).
• Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French or German is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and motivation to develop test automation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, C#.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, TDD practices.

Additional details

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, hybrid work model.
