A global customer support firm is seeking a Customer Support Agent with C1 English proficiency to join their remote team. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll work flexible shifts, with competitive pay at $5 per hour and benefits such as paid vacations and sick leave. Join our fast growing company as a Customer Support Agent (with English C1 language skills).
It is a remote part-time position.
Start date : 05.01.2026
Schedule : 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24 / 7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two working days, followed by two days of rest) (around 8-10 shifts per month)
Proactively ensure uninterrupted coverage of colleagues’ working hours, including night shifts, in response to client requests, particularly during vacations, sick leave, or other absences. All substitutions will be discussed 24-48h upfront.
