A leading e-signature company in São Paulo is seeking a Strategy & Operations professional to drive data-driven decision-making across its Enterprise Sales organization. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in English and intermediate Spanish, with a hybrid work model of at least 2 days in the office per week. The position offers a dynamic environment focused on operational excellence.

We are seeking a highly talented and analytical Strategy & Operations professional to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across our Enterprise Sales organization in LATAM, while supporting strategic alignment across the broader cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) ecosystem. In close partnership with Sales, Partner, Customer Success and Revenue leaders, this role will own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape the next level of our Enterprise GTM strategy and performance. The ideal candidate brings solid business acumen, deep knowledge of Enterprise GTM motion and strong analytical capabilities. They are comfortable working with large and complex datasets to uncover trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations. They are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, excels at solving problems with data, and proactively identifies opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes across the organization.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sales Strategy & Operations Director.
Responsibility
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
