We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Applications Management-Senior AM Engineer (Support) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. In this critical role you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and management for our Microsoft Dynamics applications, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency for our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications (EN SE) for the organization
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency
  • Develop and implement best practices for application support, maintenance, and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Conduct regular system health checks and performance monitoring
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Participate in project planning and execution for system upgrades and new implementations
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in Applications Management with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (EN SE)
  • Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and system optimization
  • In‑depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and business process optimization
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship to junior staff
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred)
  • Experience with customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics functionality
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL practices
  • Fluency in English
