What you’ll do

We are seeking a highly talented and analytical Strategy & Operations professional to drive data‑driven decision‑making and operational excellence across our Enterprise Sales organization in LATAM, while supporting strategic alignment across the broader cross‑functional Go‑To‑Market (GTM) ecosystem. In close partnership with Sales, Partner, Customer Success and Revenue leaders, this role will own critical analyses, reporting infrastructure, and strategic insights that shape the next level of our Enterprise GTM strategy and performance. The ideal candidate brings solid business acumen, deep knowledge of Enterprise GTM motion and strong analytical capabilities. They are comfortable working with large and complex datasets to uncover trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, executive‑ready recommendations. They are a self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, excels at solving problems with data, and proactively identifies opportunities to automate, streamline, and scale processes across the organization.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sales Strategy & Operations Director.

Responsibilities
  • Advise senior members of the sales organization on growing and optimizing their businesses by making data‑driven, actionable recommendations that help them make intentional decisions to achieve their long‑term strategic priorities.

  • Establish strong working relationships with peers and cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives.

  • Track business drivers, trends and operating metrics and provide GTM insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on forecasting and day‑to‑day decisions.

  • Support annual planning through data‑driven recommendations (e.g. customer segmentation, headcount, financial and territory planning, quota setting).

  • Support day‑to‑day operations including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and QBRs.

  • Lead ad‑hoc projects with regional or global impact (e.g. GTM changes, process improvement, sales incentive design, forecast modeling, dashboard development for KPI monitoring).

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years relevant experience translating data into insights, and partnering with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience in Strategy & Operations roles and/or at a management consulting firms, investment banks, technology companies or comparable experience.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Intermediate in Spanish.

  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Strong ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little or no supervision.

  • Proficient in Spanish.

  • Previous SaaS industry experience.

  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake.

  • Previous experience with SQL queries and Python.

  • Previous experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI).

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt as needed.

  • Accurate and precise attention to details.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and craft high‑quality executive presentations.
