What business will you support?

Eurofins is developing eLIMS-NG, the ‘Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System - Next Generation’. eLIMS-NG is a comprehensive suite of tools and applications designed to support testing in our laboratories worldwide.

How can you help us?

As a Senior Software Developer, you will contribute to delivering high-quality software, building and maintaining delivery pipelines, and embracing test automation and continuous delivery within an Agile environment.

You will support, coach, and review code from other developers and develop strong relationships within the Eurofins IT community, aligning with team lead and stakeholder guidelines.

As a Senior Software Developer, your responsibilities include:

• Delivering and maintaining high-quality software through analysis, design, coding, testing, documentation, operation, and support;
• Promoting high standards of engineering for target solutions;
• Embracing Agile practices and adhering to Eurofins guidelines throughout the SDLC;
• Collaborating with users, analysts, architects, deployment teams, and stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose software;
• Building relationships within the IT community and with internal customers;
• Fostering a positive team environment;
• Supporting, coaching, and reviewing code from other developers.

Qualifications

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

• Minimum 7 years of experience developing end-to-end solutions, with excellent knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF Rest, WebAPI, NUnit/MSTest, and Angular;
• Good understanding of software design principles;
• Extensive experience with n-tier architecture solutions;
• Experience in test-driven development and test automation at all levels;
• Strong full-stack development skills, including frontend and backend technologies;
• Good understanding of relational databases (MS SQL);
• Knowledge of Cloud concepts and services (Docker, EKS);
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles;
• Knowledge of software best practices (e.g., SOLID);
• Ability to provide technical recommendations and solve problems independently;
• Experience working with Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
• Good English communication skills (written and oral); knowledge of another language is a plus.
