Job summary
A growing marketing firm in São Paulo is seeking an Account Coordinator to support ad campaigns in LATAM. The role involves managing campaign processes, tracking reports, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of digital campaign coordination experience, proficient in Salesforce and JIRA, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This temporary position offers a monthly salary of BRL 10,000, with a 6-month contract and the potential for extension.

we are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our growing Ads team in LATAM.
You’ll support flawless campaign execution, manage insertion orders, coordinate creative workflows, track reporting and billing, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end ad campaign processes (order creation, creative assets, setup).
- Track and deliver weekly / monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Finance on billing and revenue reconciliation.
- Monitor campaign delivery, resolve operational issues, and ensure ad policy compliance.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital campaign coordination (video / programmatic preferred).
- Experience with CRM / OMS systems (Salesforce), JIRA, and ad servers.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
